the room with a view was so romantic and just wow. the free minibar had more than we expected no spirits but beer wine red and white minerals

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Good location - out of mainstream tourist traps but close enough to easily walk to all attractions.

The rooms were well appointed - but could be slightly better equipped - cupboards were too small, there was no dressing table - small things, but irritating. The only real complaint would be that the bathroom was very small - the bath was extremely slippery - making it quite hazardous when showering.

I loved every minute of my stay. The hotel staff was great and very professional, always trying to make us feel comfortable. You feel they really care about their guests, somehting not so easy to find. Everything in the hotel looked brand new: paint, finishings, upholstery, carpets, furnishings, etc. It was the type of accommodation and service we expected from a SLH property. The view from the rooms is fantastic, overlooking the river. It is about 15 to 20 min walk to the main atractions but I prefer that, it was less crowded and quieter. You walk so much in that city that you hardly notice the extra walk to the hotel, and it is a beautiful walk by the river by the way.

I cannot think of anything we didn't like. The only suggestion is that being a 5 stars hotel, they should have full in room dining service 24hs. At the moment the full menu is only available fom 7am to 7pm. After that you only have VERY limited options. One thing to take into account is that the hotel is being expanded (they are adding about 40 rooms), the building next door is being renovated and incorporated to the hotel, so there is a lot of noice from about 9am to 6pm. We hardly noticed it because we were always out of the hotel by 10am. Check with the hotel before booking if you think this might be a problem.

Personeel was erg beleefd en goed, het ontbijt lekker en het bed lag heerlijk.

De ophaalservice vanaf het vliegveld. De zeer vriemdelijke medewerkers.

De ontbijtruimte is zeer klein alsmede het bufet wat matig is voor 25euro p/p.

Het personeel is top!
