It was Luxurious & very good value for money. Well positioned to the metro so made it easy to go into the city. We enjoyed this hotel so much we went back the following weekend. Best hotel to date on our Europe trip & the best price - I highly recommend. |

This is a new hotel with large and beautiful rooms located close to a shopping center with easy access to downtown via metro. Everything changed when trying to check out and a receptionist presented me with a bill that doubled the price offered by Booking.com. I informed him about the price I obtained and guaranteed by my reservation and he totally ignored my request. I asked to access my email account and he charged me approximately $10 for 30 minutes. I spent over 1 hour trying to correct this humiliating situation. |

Location though outside of old town; however, 2 min. walk to Flora shopping mall; 3 min. walk to Flora metro station (4 stations to old town). Staff very friendly, and helpful :) Very new hotel everything was great;) Breakfast too expensive; however, you can cross the street to Flora shopping mall (open 7days from 8 a.m. til 10 p.m.).Parking too expensive: on weekends; you cna park for free along the main street |

La gentilezza della receptionist Per quel che si paga, non vale proprio la pena. Per lavoro, ho utilizzato molti hotel a Praga, molto piu' confortevoli e con prezzi per una settimana, vicini al costo giornaliero di una camera in questo Hotel. |
