We loved Chutneys Bar at the Royal Windsor and the relaxed atmosphere. Maybe it's just Belgians but they were not friendly, that said they were not unfriendly just bland (aside form Chutneys where they were more friendly) |

We stayed at this hotel some 20 plus years ago and it is still a very plesant hotel to stay at and very easy access to main places We thought that the price of breakfast was high and pleased it was in our package athough the hotel had to see our booking data before they agreed.When we left we had coffee for 2 which we felt very expensive at 11 euro. |

the location of the hotel i was not informed about the reconstruction of the hotel - too noisy; no heating in the resto for breakfast but waiters were very polite |

Friendly, efficient staff; cleanliness and layout of room; comfort of bed; ambience! I'm being picky - the hairdryer in the bathroom only worked intermittently. Not a big issue. Also, the hotel's room service menu could be better laid out - in terms of clearly marking the items available 24 hours. Like I said, small, small issues. This is a good hotel. |
