Välillä ruuhkautunut Info. Perushotelli, ihan siisti - en muuta odottanutkaan. Palvelu niinikään 'perustasoa', ei superia. Huone (1hh) aika pieni. Valot himmeät huoneessa kuten melkein aina hotelleissa. Kylpyhuoneessa olisi hyvä olla valaisimella varustettu suurentava peili. Jääkaappia ei ollut. Sijainti hyvä. Edellinen jatkuu: infossa saisi olla jakelussa hiukan suuremmalla präntillä kartta. Tästä versiosta ei pystynyt lukemaan ilman suurennuslasia. |

friendly staff very outdated deco, normal price for 3 star hotel but one feels like in a hostel not refurbished or redecorated for far too long! Internet is also far too expensive! |

the hotel was directly behind grand place, and close to all bars etc. no tea making facilities, very basic. |

Perfect location, friendly staff, clean rooms, good value for money nothing.. maybe just that the double bed is actually two single ones pushed together,, but that was fine by me... |

Great location (just few minutes walk away from Central station). Rooms are great and very clean. Hotel has an elevator. Lugage storage is available. Why the hack I have to fill in the form (almost A4)? Staff is nervous and obviously not so happy to use english. Staff treats you odd just because you are young or not wearing a tie (something like that). Example "Could you show me your credit card?". Why the hack??? Take a slip of a card and make money reservation not just take a look at it (do I look like I wont pay or what?) |

central location i left my camera in the room and phoned when i reached the airport. I was istructed to send an email with the details when i was back home. i have not received any information and have tried to phone but to no avail |

It was very central and reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend it again. The bed pillows were too small, more like cushions. So bigger pillows please. |
